- 1 package Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce in Portobello Red Wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound sirloin tips, cubed
- 7-8 small yellow potatoes, halved
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 cup baby portobello mushrooms
- fresh rosemary for garnish
- Steam the carrots and potatoes until nearly fork tender. About 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat.
- Add steak tips and brown each side of the meat. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Meat should be nearly cooked through.
- Add simmer sauce packet and vegetables to the skillet and stir to combine. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve hot on its own or with rice. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
