These Peanut Butter and Jelly Cake Bars are so easy to make. I used a box of cake mix to make the process simple, and added a few more things to get that classic peanut butter and jelly flavor.
To make these peanut butter and jelly bars, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- Box of white cake mix
- Vegetable oil
- Peanut Butter
- Eggs
- Grape jelly
- Vanilla extract
- Buttermilk or whole milk
- Powdered sugar
You probably already have most of the ingredients at home, so there’s no reason not to try these Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars. Just go out and get a box of cake mix and you should be good to.

In most recipes, you can use almond milk as an alternative to traditional cow’s milk by simply doing a cup-to-cup replacement!
