Fresh, delicious and healthy, this cilantro lime salmon is cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

what you need:

Salmon fillets

Avocado oil

Lime juice


Lime zest

Lime wedges

Before cooking, bring the salmon to room temperature and dry off any moisture with a paper towel. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

In a small bowl, stir the oil and Goya seasoning together until combined.


Rub the seasoning over each salmon fillet until thoroughly coated.


Place one salmon fillet skin-side down in the air fryer. Cook for 11-13 minutes, or until you can flake the center of the fillet with your finger and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.


In another small bowl, combine the cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest together.
