what you need:

salmon fillets

olive oil

kosher salt

dried oregano

black pepper


garlic powder


In a small bowl, whisk together oil, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Brush on top of salmon.

Set salmon, skin side down, in the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-9 minutes depending on size of filet.
