Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

Tender chicken breasts, coated with crispy breadcrumbs, packed with sliced ham and swiss cheese – yum!

what you need:

Chicken Breast

Ham

Flour

Swiss cheese

Eggs

Salt & Pepper

Breadcrumbs

Garlic Powder

Thyme

Unsalted Butter

Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness on a cutting board.

Mix together flour, salt, and pepper. Separately, stir together the eggs and also the breadcrumbs.

Layer the chicken with ham and shredded Swiss. Roll up and secure.

Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Bake until crispy and golden. Enjoy!
