Broccoli Cheese Potatoes

These broccoli cheese twice baked potatoes are one delicious side dish. Perfectly fluffy and cheesy, with some extra veggies sneaked in!

what you need:

Potatoes

Butter

Garlic Powder

Heavy Cream

Salt

Onion Powder

Black Pepper

Broccoli

Cheddar Cheese

Chives

Rub olive oil on russet potatoes. Bake at 400F for 1 hour.

Cut each potato in half and scoop out the middle of each, setting aside in a bowl.

Mix the potatoes with softened butter, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Mash.

Add in steamed broccoli and cheddar cheese.

Place the filling into each hollowed out potato skin. Top with more shredded cheese. Bake once more for 25 minutes.
