Saute onion and jalapeno in a dutch oven until tender.
Add fire roasted tomatoes, chicken stock, and buffalo sauce. Stir in the spices.
Add in the chicken breasts and simmer until cooked through. Shred with two forks.
Add the shredded chicken back to the pot. Add in beans and beans. Stir to combine and melt. Garnish and serve!
