Wisconsin Butter Burgers

This Wisconsin Butter Burger recipe will have you drooling before you even bite into the juicy, cheesy, buttery goodness.

what you need:

Salted Butter

Yellow Onion

Salt

Water

Lean Ground Beef

Pepper

Burger Buns

Vegetable Oil

American Cheese

Saute the onion with salted butter and water until soft and translucent. Set aside.

Separate the beef into four sections and make patties. Do not overwork. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the burgers in the fridge to chill. Spread butter onto the top of each bun (the more the better!).

Cook the burgers to taste in a skillet with vegetable oil. Add cheese and allow to melt.

Assemble the burgers, adding the onion and then allowing the butter bun to melt over the burger. Enjoy!
