what you need:
Coat chicken thighs in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in a skillet and set aside.
Saute onion, garlic, yellow, and red peppers. Add in tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir in spices.
Pour in white wine and allow to simmer. Stir in the olives.
Add the chicken back to the sauce and allow to simmer. Serve over pasta garnished with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
