Baked Chicken Chimichangas
These baked chicken chimichangas are so crispy and delicious! They’re easy to make, so you can have a great Tex-Mex dinner any time.
what you need:
Saute onion in a skillet. Add garlic and spices. Stir to combine and cook.
Add cooked shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, lime juice, and black beans. Stir to combine and heat through.
Melt butter and oil. Brush onto a baking sheet and bake to heat the baking sheet.
Add queso to a tortilla, then top with the chicken mixture. Add rice and cheese and then roll. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Brush the baking sheet once more than then add the chimichangas to the sheet. Bake, flip, and bake once more. Enjoy these Crispy Baked Chimichangas!
