Chicken Enchilada Dip is one of the cheesiest and most delicious dips I’ve ever made. This easy Tex Mex dip recipe is filled with chicken, cream cheese, corn, beans, tomatoes, and enchilada sauce.
Mix together cream cheese, black beans, corn, Rotel, enchilada sauce, and taco seasoning.
Add cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken and stir to combine. Pour into a baking dish.
Spread out the dip and cover with lots of shredded cheese.
