Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
For those cold, winter days, nothing is better than a large, steaming bowl of creamy chicken noodle soup.
what you need:
Milk & Flour
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brown in a heavy pan.
Saute the onion and garlic. Add the chicken broth and deglaze the pan.
Add milk and flour together and add to the pan. Stir in chicken broth, chicken, carrots and celery. Cook.
Remove the chicken and shred. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and add heavy cream. Enjoy!
