Cream of Chicken
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker.
Add the spices. Add in carrots and onion. Stir in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Cook.
Once the chicken is cooked, shred with two forks. Stir the mixture. Add frozen peas.
