Apple Cider Vinegar
Season a chuck roast with salt and pepper. Coat with flour.
Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chuck roast on all sides.
Prepare a crockpot. Place the roast in the crockpot and add butter and pepperoncinis.
Mix together mayo, apple cider vinegar, dill, and paprika. Stir in the buttermilk.
Add the mayo blend to the crockpot and cook on low for 4-8 hours. Shred the meat and serve!
