These garlic Parmesan pasta chips are so addictive! They are crispy, cheesy, and garlicky.

what you need:

bowtie pasta

olive oil

parmesan cheese

kosher salt

marinara sauce

garlic powder


Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions.

Transfer the pasta to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp.


Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over top and toss to combine.


Serve warm or at room temperature with marinara sauce on the side.


Storage: Store leftover pasta chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
