Grandma's Best Meatballs

Dinner just got delicious with my Grandma’s best meatball recipe! I’m so excited to share this family favorite with you!

what you need:

Eggs

Half & Half

Grated Parmesan

Spices

Crushed Red Pepper

Salt & Pepper

Bread Crumbs

Ground Chuck

Fresh Basil

Whisk together eggs. Add half and half, bread crumbs, and spices. Stir to combine.

Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir once more.

Add the ground chuck and use your hands to combine. Be careful not to overwork. Add your favorite sauce to a skillet and simmer.

Roll the meat mixture into balls and add to the sauce. Stir to coat. Allow to cook in the sauce.

Allow the meatballs to rest while you reduce the sauce. Serve over pasta or on their own with the sauce!
