Add the pork shoulder to the instant pot with onion, peppers, garlic, orange and lemon juices, and coca cola. Cook.
Shred the pork shoulder with two forks.
Spread out the shredded pork onto a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the pot juices and broil until crispy. Enjoy!
