Stuffed Shells with Meat and Cheese are a delicious pasta dish you can make for dinner any night. These Italian stuffed pasta shells are baked together with meat sauce and plenty of cheese.
Place cooked jumbo shells on a baking sheet and set aside. Brown the ground chuck and drain any excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the beef and cook until tender. Stir in the marinara sauce and allow to simmer.
In a separate bowl stir together the egg, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan. Set aside.
Pour 3/4 of the marinara mix into the bottom of a large dish. Stuff the jumbo shells with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed shells into the baking dish and top with more sauce. Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with more cheese and continue to bake until melty.
Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
