Parmesan Potato Wedges

You’ll never go back to regular fries after you try this thick crispy baked potato wedges recipe coated in a crispy cheese shell.

what you need:

Potatoes

Butter

Pepper

Parmesan Cheese

Parsley

Garlic Powder

Olive Oil

Cut potatoes in half and then into thick wedges. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Melt butter on a baking sheet. Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley.

Press down into the butter and add the potato wedges. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake.
