Simple to make and super refreshing, this raspberry lemonade is all kinds of delicious! Perfectly sweet and tangy, this will be your summer drink of choice!
what you need:
In a small saucepan stir together the granulated sugar and 1 cup water. Heat over medium-low and continue to stir until the sugar has dissolved, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the raspberries and ½ cup water to the bowl of a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, using a spoon to push the mixture through, and add to a large pitcher or jar.
Add the lemon juice, remaining 5 ½ cups (1.3 L) water, and cooled sugar mixture to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
Serve over ice with extra lemon slices and raspberries for garnish if preferred.
