Easy to make and delicious to drink, these layered raspberry mango daiquiris are so perfectly refreshing.

what you need:

raspberries

agave syrup

white rum

lemon juice

ice

mango

Prepare the raspberry daiquiri: Add all the ingredients to the glass of a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and set aside.

Wash and dry the blender and repeat the process with the mango daiquiri.

Pour the raspberry daiquiri into a glass until ½ full. Very slowly pour the mango daiquiri on top.

Repeat the process with the rest of the glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.

Can you use frozen fruit?

If you do use frozen fruit, you may want to decrease the amount of added ice ever so slightly.
