what you need:
Salt & Lemon Pepper
Season salmon fillets with salt and lemon pepper.
Coat salmon in flour and sear in a skillet with butter.
Fully cook the salmon and set aside on a foil tented plate to keep warm.
Add more butter to the same skillet and saute garlic. Add flour and stir to combine and simmer.
Add white wine and deglaze pan. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, capers, and lemon slices. Stir to create sauce. Simmer.
Return salmon to the skillet and coat in the sauce. Simmer until heated through. Garnish with parsley and serve!
