Stovetop Burgers are easier than you might think! Once we learned How to Cook Burgers on the Stove it’s our go-to easy dinner for anytime of year. This is a great way to cook juicy cheeseburgers.
Season the ground chuck with salt and pepper. Form into patties, being careful not to overwork.
Lightly flatten down the burgers and push a divot in the center of each.
Add to a hot skillet (no oil needed) and cook each side until browned up the sides.
Add cheese and cover/cook until melted. The internal temperature on the burgers should be 160F.
Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings and sauces. Enjoy the best burger every year round!
