Italian Stuffed Shells

Stuffed Shells with Meat and Cheese are a delicious pasta dish you can make for dinner any night.

what you need:

Ground Chuck

Onion

Marinara

Garlic

Cottage Cheese

Egg

Mozzarella

Parmesan

Large Pasta Shells

Basil

Place large pasta shells on a baking sheet and set aside. Cook and crumble ground chuck and drain the excess oil.

Add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Saute. Stir in marinara and allow to simmer.

In a separate bowl, stir together egg, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan.

Add meat sauce to the bottom of a baking sheet. Stuff the shells with the cottage cheese mixture and lay on top of the meat sauce.

Cover and bake. Remove and sprinkle with more of both cheeses. Bake again until melty. Enjoy these easy stuffed shells!
