Swedish Meatballs

Swedish Meatballs are something every type of cook, from home cook to master chef, should know how to make.

Stir together bread crumbs, milk, cream, egg, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg, and parsley.


Melt butter and oil in a skillet and saute the onion and garlic. Stir into the bread crumb mixture.


Add ground chuck and ground chicken to the mixture. Scoop into balls and roll. Place on a baking sheet.


Stir together butter and flour in a hot skillet. Add beef broth, chicken, broth, and cream.


Add beef bouillon, sour cream, soy sauce, dijon, Worcestershire, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir.


Once meatballs are baked, add to the sauce and stir to coat. Serve and enjoy!
