Cozy Turkey Rice Casserole
This turkey rice casserole recipe is the perfect way to use up your leftover turkey after Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Place crackers and bread in a food processor. Pulse and then mix with melted butter.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and saute the carrot, onion, and garlic.
Stir in the white rice and toast. Stir in water, broth, and heavy cream. Simmer.
Stir in cooked turkey, parmesan, water chestnuts, lemon juice, Worcestershire, spices, and peas. Stir.
Spread mixture into a casserole dish and sprinkle with the bread crumbs mixture. Bake. Enjoy!
