Turkey Wild Rice Soup is an easy and cozy soup recipe. It's a great way to use Thanksgiving or Christmas leftovers for lunch or dinner all week. So much flavor!
Cook celery, wild rice, carrots, and onion in a large dutch oven or stock pot.
Add in baking soda, thyme, and dry white wine. Stir. Add in chicken broth and seasonings. Allow to simmer.
Stir in cooked (leftover) cubed turkey and heavy cream. Stir to combine and allow to simmer until serving.
Ladle into bowls and serve hot. Enjoy a comforting soup! TIP: you can also make this with cooked cubed chicken!
