Marinated Mozzarella Balls are the perfect appetizer for cocktail hour, holiday parties, or any time you need something simple. This delicious herb and olive oil marinated mozzarella is so easy to make and serve. It's sure to be a crowd pleaser!

½ cup olive oil 1 clove garlic grated ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs see recipe note ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional 16 ounces mozzarella pearls or sliced mozzarella
In a medium jar combine the olive oil, garlic, herbs, sea salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix (or shake) to combine.
½ cup olive oil, 1 clove garlic, ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Add the mozzarella pearls and mix until the olive oil has coated the mozzarella.
16 ounces mozzarella pearls or sliced mozzarella
Cover the jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Serve with crackers or crostini.
Storage: Store marinated mozzarella in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Herbs: Use your favorites! For this recipe, I used 2 tablespoons fresh basil, 1 ½ tablespoons fresh parsley, and 1 teaspoon fresh thyme.
