This French Silk Pie cocktail is the most delicious and decadent dessert drink! This frozen cocktail is made with chocolate ice cream, rum and bourbon, and Frangelico. With the added spices and toppings, it tastes just like a slice of French silk pie. It's creamy, chocolatey, and absolutely tasty!

48 ounces chocolate ice cream ½ cup whole milk 5 ounces bourbon 5 ounces dark rum 5 ounces Frangelico hazelnut liqueur 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg Pie crust cut into favorite shapes and baked Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Remove the chocolate ice cream from the freezer. Let soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes, until soft enough to stir.
48 ounces chocolate ice cream
Mix the ice cream, milk, bourbon, rum, Frangelico, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl.

Pour this cocktail mixture into an airtight freezer container. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, up to 48 hours, stirring ever 12 hours.
To serve, remove the cocktail mixture from the freezer and stir well. It will be very slushy.
Spoon the cocktail into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and garnish with pie crust “cookies.”
