Tomatillo Avocado Salsa doesn't just look bright and vibrant, it tastes that way, too! Green ingredients like tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice are blended together to create a fresh and flavorful salsa.

husked, rinsed, and quartered

jalapeño peppers
stems removed

cup
cilantro leaves

cloves
garlic

onion
sliced

avocado
peeled and diced

tablespoons
fresh lime juice
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Add the tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, and onion to the bowl of a food processor. Process for 5 seconds, or until chunky.
8-9 tomatillos,
2 jalapeño peppers,
½ cup cilantro leaves,
2 cloves garlic,
½ onion
Stir in the diced avocado, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and add more salt, if needed.

Serve with chips, on tacos, with taquitos, and more.
