Tomatillo Avocado Salsa doesn't just look bright and vibrant, it tastes that way, too! Green ingredients like tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice are blended together to create a fresh and flavorful salsa.

Ingredients

  • 8-9 tomatillos husked, rinsed, and quartered
  • 2 jalapeño peppers stems removed
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 avocado peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add the tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, and onion to the bowl of a food processor. Process for 5 seconds, or until chunky.

  • Stir in the diced avocado, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and add more salt, if needed.
