Looking for a quick and easy snack that is packed with flavor? These garlic Parmesan pasta chips are so addictive! They are crispy, cheesy, and garlicky. There is just something about them that will make you want to eat them all day!
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions. If the package does not have al dente instructions, cook the pasta for 1-2 minutes less than the recommended cooking time.
16 ounces bowtie pasta
Drain the pasta and run it under cold water.
Spread the pasta out on paper towels and pat it dry. Add the pasta to a large bowl and spray it with 2 pumps of olive oil spray. Add the salt and toss to combine.

Transfer the pasta to the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder over top and toss to combine.

Serve warm or at room temperature with marinara sauce on the side.
