It’s no secret that Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are amazing, but have you ever tried Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread? The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is irresistible, and this bread is the perfect way to enjoy it. This recipe is easy to follow and results in a delicious, moist loaf of bread.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas mashed (about 2 cups or 450 grams)
  • 3 large eggs 150 grams
  • ½ cup salted butter room temperature (1 stick or 113 grams)
  • ½ cup brown sugar 107 grams
  • ½ cup granulated sugar 99 grams
  • cup creamy peanut butter 90 grams
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 240 grams
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 6 grams
  • 2 cups Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups roughly chopped and divided (about 350 grams)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 9x5-inch loaf pans with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.

  • Add the bananas, eggs, butter, sugars, and peanut butter to a large bowl. Beat together using a hand or stand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

  • Add the flour and baking soda and mix until just combined, about 1 minute.

  • Fold in 1 cup of the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Top each loaf with the remaining chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
