Pour Andes Mint Chips into a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave in increments of 30 seconds until fully melted. Stir every 30 seconds. It took me 1 minute to get desired consistency.
12 ounces Andes Crème De Menthe Baking Chips
Remove the lid and foil top from the frosting and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour onto the melted chocolate and stir to fully combine the two.
12 ounces store-bought Milk Chocolate frosting
Spray a small baking dish (I used an 8x8 square cake pan) with nonstick spray or line with wax paper. Pour the melted mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with more mint chips or garnish of your choice (optional).
Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour (overnight works best) before cutting and serving.

Baking Chips: You can use 12 ounces of ANY flavor baking chips, such as milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate, or white chocolate. Cinnamon and Toffee chips don't melt very well so they're not a great option.
Frosting: You can use any flavor of frosting you like!
