Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 family sized tea bags such as Luzianne
  • 2-4 tablespoons Wholesome Organic Stevia I like mine on the less sweet side but totally up to your taste!
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • pineapple slices and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Bring the 8 cups water to a boil and then remove from the heat. Add in the tea bags and cover, letting sit and steep for 15-20 minutes.
  • Discard tea bags and pour tea into a large pitcher. Stir in the stevia and baking soda until fully dissolved.
  • Stir in the pineapple juice.
  • Place tea, covered, in the fridge until fully chilled.
  • Pour over ice and garnish with fresh pineapple and mint.
  • Enjoy!
