Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup light olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients for the pesto in a high powered blender or food processor.
  • Blend until fully combined and the desired consistency. If it's too thick, add a bit more oil.
  • Set aside.
