Ingredients

  • 2 cups Simple Truth baby spinach 60 grams
  • 2 cups Simple Truth baby kale 90 grams
  • 1 cup almond milk 227 grams, COLD
  • 1 cup Tillamook Farm Style Greek Yogurt 227 grams
  • 1 cup chopped green apple 113 grams
  • 1 cup sliced frozen banana 225 grams (slicing before freezing works best)
  • 1 cup diced pineapple 170 grams
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 15 grams
  • 1 tablespoon honey 22 grams

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
    2 cups Simple Truth baby spinach, 2 cups Simple Truth baby kale, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup Tillamook Farm Style Greek Yogurt, 1 cup chopped green apple, 1 cup sliced frozen banana, 1 cup diced pineapple, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Divide evenly between 4 glasses and enjoy.

Notes

  • The Chlorophyll (the green pigment in leafy greens) actually helps to keep things fresh, so your green smoothie can actually stay good in your fridge for up to 48 hours, although I recommend no longer than 24 hours.
  • Always give your smoothie a good stir or pop it back in the blender for a bit before serving.
