Cordon Bleu Chicken Pockets are everything you love about the traditional dish, folded neatly into flaky and flavorful puff pastry. You will love this delicious twist on a classic recipe!

1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed at least 45 minutes before using 2 ounces light cream cheese softened 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken 3 slices swiss cheese laughing cow cheese 5 slices brown sugar ham 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
mix together cream cheese and laughing cow slices and set aside
Unfold sheet of puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
Spread cream cheese mixture over pastry sheet leaving about 1/2 inch space along the edges.
evenly distribute ham slices onto pastry sheet
pile shredded chicken onto one side of pastry, leaving 1/2 inch like before
Lastly, evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of the chicken, still leaving a 1/2 inch space around edges.
Fold over the half of the puff pastry that doesn't have the chicken on it and seal edges nicely and tight.
Place on a greased cookie sheet
brush pastry with egg wash (egg whites and a splash of water)
bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minute or until top is nice and golden brown.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
