Combine sparkling wine with a berry smoothie and what do you get? Strawberry Mimosas are a delicious twist on the classic mimosa, and they're easy to make for a cocktail, perfect for brunch, lunch, Valentine's Day, and summer parties!

Ingredients

  • 750 millileters sparkling rosé wine or champagne (standard sized bottle)
  • 8 ounces strawberry smoothie I use Berry Blast Smoothie by Naked Brand
  • 4 fresh strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill champagne glass half full with strawberry smoothie.
  • Top with champagne or sparkling rosé wine.
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
  • Toast to love!!

Notes

  • Pour champagne or sparkling wine into a flute by holding the glass at a 45-degree angle. This reduces foaming.
  • You can use champagne or your favorite sparkling white or rosé wine. 
  • Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
  • You can pre-mix, pour into a pitcher and store in the fridge ahead of time.
