To make this a non-alcoholic drink, just leave out the vodka!

- 1 cup fresh red raspberries muddled
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- crushed ice
- 3 ounces vodka I love Titos
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
Muddle the raspberries and place half in the bottom of each glass.
Add in agave nectar, lemon juice, and ice.
Top with 1.5 ounces of vodka per glass and add Ginger ale to fill.
Serve with raspberries and lemon for garnish, and a sugared rim if desired.
- If you don't have a muddler, use the handle end of a wooden spoon to crush the berries.
- You can swap agave for honey if you like.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon wedge.
- Sugaring the rim of each glass is a quick and easy way to elevate the look of the cocktail.
- To make this drink non-alcoholic, leave out the vodka. It still tastes great!
