Prosciutto and Apple Pizza with a rosemary honey Dijon sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pillsbury Whole Wheat Artisan Pizza Crust
  • Fresh Mozzarella thinly sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby Arugula leaves
  • 2 T fresh or dried Rosemary
  • 2 ounces Prosciutto
  • 4 T good quality Dijon Mustard
  • 4 T honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Unroll crust and place on a greased baking sheet
  • Cook crust for 8 minutes
  • Remove crust from oven and let cool for 3-4 minutes
  • In a small bowl, mix together rosemary, Dijon, and honey
  • Spread sauce over crust
  • Top with Arugula, then mozzarella, prosciutto, and apple. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper if desired.
  • Cook for another 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
