Prosciutto and Apple Pizza with a rosemary honey Dijon sauce.

- 1 package Pillsbury Whole Wheat Artisan Pizza Crust
- Fresh Mozzarella thinly sliced
- 1 Granny Smith Apple thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby Arugula leaves
- 2 T fresh or dried Rosemary
- 2 ounces Prosciutto
- 4 T good quality Dijon Mustard
- 4 T honey
Preheat oven to 400F
Unroll crust and place on a greased baking sheet
Cook crust for 8 minutes
Remove crust from oven and let cool for 3-4 minutes
In a small bowl, mix together rosemary, Dijon, and honey
Spread sauce over crust
Top with Arugula, then mozzarella, prosciutto, and apple. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper if desired.
Cook for another 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
