Ingredients

Sour Cream

diced or shredded Smoked Gouda

cup
shredded mild cheddar

cup
shredded provolone
1/2
cup
chopped fresh cilantro

small can yellow corn
drained and rinsed

small can black beans
drained and rinsed
1
clove
garlic
minsed
pinch
of salt and pepper
1/4
cup
spring onion or green onion
thinly sliced.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix together well
Place into a 9" casserole dish
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and melty
