Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup diced or shredded Smoked Gouda
  • 3/4 cup shredded mild cheddar
  • 3/4 cup shredded provolone
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small can yellow corn drained and rinsed
  • 1 small can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic minsed
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup spring onion or green onion thinly sliced.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix together well
  • Place into a 9" casserole dish
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and melty
  • Enjoy!
