  • 3 ripe avocados pitted
  • 4 ounces bar German chocolate baking bar melted
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon course sea salt more or less to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish


  • Halve and pit your avocados, and put the flesh into a food processor (if you donĂ¢??t have a food processor, you can mix everything with a hand blender).
  • Add the melted chocolate and pulse until smooth.
  • Add the agave nectar, salt, and vanilla extract, and blend completely (add more/less agave nectar and salt depending on desired sweetness).
  • Serve in small dishes (a lot goes a long way) and top with fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
