Skinny Chocolate Mousse made with Avocados! Yum
- 3 ripe avocados pitted
- 4 ounces bar German chocolate baking bar melted
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon course sea salt more or less to taste
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Halve and pit your avocados, and put the flesh into a food processor (if you donâ??t have a food processor, you can mix everything with a hand blender).
Add the melted chocolate and pulse until smooth.
Add the agave nectar, salt, and vanilla extract, and blend completely (add more/less agave nectar and salt depending on desired sweetness).
Serve in small dishes (a lot goes a long way) and top with fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
