Apple Cheddar Prosciutto Cornbread

Easy Cornbread stuffed with Apple, Prosciutto, and Cheddar is the perfect breakfast or side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Fleishmann's Simply Homemade Cornbread Mix
  • 3 oz Prosciutto diced
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple cubed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 cup milk per box instructions
  • 1/3 cup melted butter per box instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Combine cornbread mix with milk and butter per box instructions
  • Add cheese, prosciutto, and apple to the cornbread mix. Stir well.
  • Pour into greased or nonstick muffin tins and bake for 22-28 minutes, or until golden brown. (you can test by inserting a toothpick into muffins, when it comes out clean they are done)
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
