4 ounces vanilla Greek yogurt, 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, ¼ cup powdered sugar
Place the watermelon slice on a large plate/platter
1 (1½-inch thick) slice watermelon
Spread cream cheese mixture over watermelon, like a "pizza sauce"
Top with banana slices and strawberries
1 banana, 4-5 fresh strawberries
Sprinkle on the pecans and white chocolate chips
¼ cup white chocolate chips, ¼ cup chopped pecans
Cut into slices (like pizza slices) and serve cold.
Use a seedless watermelon for best results.
For a less sweet "sauce", use plain Greek yogurt or omit the powdered sugar.
Feel free to top your "pizza" with any fruits, nuts, or other toppings you like.
