  • 32 Nabisco Ritz Crackers
  • 2 slices of Monterrey Pepperjack cheese cut into fourths
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese cut into fourths
  • 4 slices of brown sugar ham sliced in half
  • 4 slices of mesquite turkey sliced in half
  • 1 jalepeno pepper cut into 8 slices
  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • strawberry jam
  • apple jelly

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Place 16 of the crackers on a lined baking sheet.
  • Top each cracker with a slice of cheese, alternating between the pepperjack and the swiss
  • Top each cracker with a piece of meat, alternating between the ham and turkey (I paired the turkey with the pepperjack and the swiss with the ham)
  • Bake for approximately 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melty
  • Take out of the oven and top with your choice of jelly (I paired the apple jelly with the ham and the strawberry jam with the turkey)
  • Place jalapenos and tomatoes on alternating sandwiches (I chose to put jalapenos with the turkey and tomatoes with the ham, but you could do this however you want!) and top with the remaining crackers to form "sandwiches" aka Jamwiches! :)
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
