2-3ouncesmilk chocolatecut into shavings or very fine pieces
1/4cuphot fudge ice cream toppingoptional
Toppings such as chocolate saucewhipped cream, fresh strawberries, etc (optional)
Instructions
In a large airtight container, combine the first 5 ingredients. (You can also use an ice cream maker, but it's not necessary!) Stir the ingredients within the container, or if using an ice cream maker, use according to directions until churned.
Add the strawberries and shaved chocolate. Stir (and transfer to an airtight container if itâ??s not already there). Seal the lid and freeze for 4 hours.
If not using an ice cream machine, stir the contents every hour for up to three hours. Otherwise, eat immediately or freeze up to an hour for a firmer texture.
**Optional: once yogurt has frozen for 1 hour, you can place fudge on top of yogurt and stir in slowly using a knife to swirl at the top.
**Optional: dipping ice cream cones in chocolate is easy! Just melt your chocolate, dip the cones, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet in the fridge for 15 minutes before consumption to harden the chocolate!
Store leftovers, in the airtight container, for up to a month, and thaw 15-30 minutes before eating.
