This S'mores Breakfast Parfait recipe is sure to make your mornings great! This delicious s'mores inspired recipe is loaded with Greek yogurt, protein powder, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and toasted marshmallows. A delicious and easy yogurt parfait to start your day!
To assemble your parfaits, pour in ¼ of the graham cracker crumbs, then ¼ of the yogurt mixture, ½ of the chocolate chips, ¼ of the marshmallows, ¼ of the yogurt, ¼ of the graham crumbs, and then finish with ¼ of the marshmallows. You can layer in whatever order you prefer, but you will use half the ingredients in the first parfait and half in the second.
1 cup graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup mini chocolate chips, 2 cups mini marshmallows
If wanting to toast the marshmallows, use a small kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows to your liking. Totally optional, but fun!
Serve cold.
