really i don't think pat will ever get tired of cheese sticks. we will be eating them into our 80s!

Ingredients

  • 6 sticks of low-fat string cheese
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • basil
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • cut the string cheese into fourths
  • place 1/4 of a string cheese on the top corner of a wonton wrapper
  • sprinkle basil on the remaining part of wonton wrapper
  • roll up cheese in wrapper, making sure to seal all sides. (place a drop of water and then pinch together to seal)
  • place on baking sheet
  • lightly drizzle with olive oil
  • sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt to taste
  • bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. turning once.
  • enjoy!
