really i don't think pat will ever get tired of cheese sticks. we will be eating them into our 80s!

- 6 sticks of low-fat string cheese
- 24 wonton wrappers
- basil
- salt
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese
pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
cut the string cheese into fourths
place 1/4 of a string cheese on the top corner of a wonton wrapper
sprinkle basil on the remaining part of wonton wrapper
roll up cheese in wrapper, making sure to seal all sides. (place a drop of water and then pinch together to seal)
place on baking sheet
lightly drizzle with olive oil
sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt to taste
bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. turning once.
