Ingredients

  • 1 package Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce in Portobello Red Wine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound sirloin tips cubed
  • 7-8 small yellow potatoes halved
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup baby portobello mushrooms
  • fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Steam the carrots and potatoes until nearly fork tender. About 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat.
  • Add steak tips and brown each side of the meat. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Meat should be nearly cooked through.
  • Add simmer sauce packet and vegetables to the skillet and stir to combine. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve hot on its own or with rice. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
  • Enjoy!
