Delicious and easy Beef and Vegetable Skillet is the perfect comfort food for fall.

- 1 package Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauce in Portobello Red Wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound sirloin tips cubed
- 7-8 small yellow potatoes halved
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 cup baby portobello mushrooms
- fresh rosemary for garnish
Steam the carrots and potatoes until nearly fork tender. About 10 minutes. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat.
Add steak tips and brown each side of the meat. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Meat should be nearly cooked through.
Add simmer sauce packet and vegetables to the skillet and stir to combine. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve hot on its own or with rice. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
