Chunky Apple Bundt Cake

Chunky Apple Bundt Cake made with real apple chunks and boxed cake mix. Amazing!
For the Cake:
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 2 small instant vanilla puddings
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Applesauce
- 1 1/2 cups diced apple
- 3/4 cup cinnamon baking chips
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
For the Icing:
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- More Cinnamon Chips for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine cake mix, puddings, oil, water, eggs, applesauce, apples, cinnamon baking chips, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon with electric mixer. Pour into prepared bundt pan. (Be sure to grease or spray with nonstick spray)
Bake 40-45 minutes. To check if its done, you can insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, its done!
Let cake cool on counter for about 10 minutes. Then, invert cake onto serving plate to finish cooling.
For the icing: combine the cream cheese, butter, milk, 1 T. Cinnamon, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend until fluffy.
Once cake is cooled, top with icing and sprinkle with more cinnamon chips.
